Our goal is to ensure the fastest and best quality transport of your e-bike to your home. EU-elektrofahrradladen.com’s exclusive parcel partner is one of the world’s leading logistics provider. Electric bicycles from EU-elektrofahrradladen.com are shipped in a 98-100% assembled ‘ready-to-drive’ state. 

This means that the recipient only needs to attach the left and right pedals and put the handlebars in the upright position. If an e-bike is not in stock, the delivery time is extended analogue to the delivery in our warehouse.

Where do we deliver our e-bikes?
We deliver to all countries in Europe within the EFTA agreement – All the EU member states, plus the UK, Switzerland and Norway. Price and delivery time vary according to the customer’s specific destination, payment method and tracking link sent by email.
Your order will be delivered directly to your delivery address. We deliver only 100% assembled e-bikes

Signatures Required:
Shipments containing e-bikes are sent signature required due to the high value of the item and restrictions pertaining to the delivery of high-capacity lithium-ion batteries. 

The shipping carrier is instructed to obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave packages unattended, shipping carriers may obtain visual confirmation that the recipient acknowledges receipt of the package as an alternative to obtaining a physical signature.

Pre-Order Shipping:
For pre-order items, the total shipping time is calculated by adding the estimated shipping date on the product page to the standard delivery time for your region.

If You Encounter Shipping Issues:
Delayed or Missing Packages: If you do not receive your package within the estimated shipping time or if any items are missing, please contact our support team at info@eu-elektrofahrradladen.com within one week of the estimated delivery date.

Important Notes on Delivery Times:

-Carrier Handling and Delivery Date Management: Once the carrier has your package, we cannot control the delivery date. Delays may occur, but the package typically arrives as indicated by your tracking number.

-Remote Area Deliveries: Deliveries to remote areas may take longer. The estimated delivery time will vary based on your address.

-Clarification on Delivery Estimates: Any delivery date we provide is an estimate. We are not liable for loss or damage due to unavoidable delays.

-Handling of Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to failure to pick it up on time, incorrect address, or other reasons, we reserve the right to charge you twice the delivery cost for redelivery or refund.

-Possible Delays Due to Special Circumstances: Shipping times may be longer during peak order periods, new product releases, or restock periods. We will update you on these conditions on the product page and via email. We strive to process orders promptly and appreciate your understanding if delays occur.
